Begin with a playful consultation, where Dr Plume will assess your everyday complaints and prescribe a restorative cocktail. Once suitably revived, explore a collection of salts, clays, botanical powders, flowers and herbs, choosing the ingredients you like best.

With Dr Plume’s digital guidance, blend your chosen ingredients to create two personalised bath teas to take home. Add a handwritten wish, promise or intention to each on dissolvable parchment, then package your creations ready to brew into a relaxing bath whenever you please.

No previous knowledge is required — simply follow Dr Plume’s guidance, get creative and leave feeling thoroughly restored.
