Phileas J. Fogg welcomes you to build your own Bellini at his free-flowing Botanical Brunch, located on the ground floor of the flora-filled House of Botanicals.

Step into a delightful indoor Victorian oasis, where you can bask in the beauty of the fragrant flora and fauna that surround you. Indulge in a leisurely afternoon with a spectacularly delectable two-course brunch menu featuring a main and dessert, including French Toast, Eggs Florentine, Pink Fluffy Pancakes and Chocolate Fudge Brownie.

Enjoy one and a half hours of free-flowing Botanical Prosecco Bellinis. Choose from a range of botanical purées including Cucumber & Mint; Strawberry, Red Rose & Lemon Thyme; Red & Orange Pepper; or our unique clear botanical Bloody Mary. Then, build and decorate your own Bellini from a range of prosecco & kombucha, foams, flowers, botanicals, sweets, fruits and vegetables.

As a special gift from Mr Fogg, you will receive wildflower seeds for you to cultivate your very own Victorian-style oasis at home.
